Delaney Besecker of FBC Mortgage

Delaney spent the first six years of her working life in corporate banking. She spent three of those years trading interest rate and commodity derivatives for the bank’s clientele, and the remaining three years underwriting large corporate loans in the restaurant, technology and defense industries.

Her love of solving problems and accomplishing tasks for the consumer led her to the mortgage industry, where she has experience in both brokering and direct lending. Delaney takes pride in helping every type of client, from the first-time home-buyer to the seasoned investor. Her background in the banking industry allows for a unique perspective on the real estate market and an ability to explain the confusing parts of the home buying process with ease.
